Kelly joined R&L Home Services in 2016 with the goal to help and manage the family business. Her attention to detail has enhanced the daily office operations and improve the service staff that attends to every home R&L manages, maintains and services.

Since August 2023 Charles has made an organizational and energetic impact, bringing his own world of experience and skill sets that have benefited our team. Before joining R&L Home Services, Charles was a founding member of an Anywhere (formally Realogy) real estate financial technology start up.

Our Founders

Lisa's career includes being an executive and personal assistant to CEOs of Fortune 500 companies which gave her the tools in all aspects of the home management and construction industry. Now, along with Rick, they own and operate R&L Home Services along with R&L Electrical Services since 1986.

Rick owns and operates R&L Home Services LLC along with R&L Electrical Services LLC since it was established in 1986. He has been in the construction industry and is a licensed electrical contractor. With an overall of 40 years of experience, he has built and remodeled numerous homes throughout the Fairfield County area; always maintaining his attention to detail which has made him an asset to his clients.
